my 18 year old student son, wanted to buy a phone from T MOBILE, taking with him a birth cert, passport, and his savings book.

refused credit as he didnt have a utilities bill or a bank statement.

IS THIS FAIR OR CORRECT, what more proof do you need <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

Problem is I guess they wanted proof of address. If threre is an address on the savings book it could be out of date - hence wanting a bill from the last 6 months.

Took the bank statement in, 5 months old, as its a savings account only get them every 6 months, NO GOOD MUST BE LESS THAN 3 MONTHS,

Dont TMobile want his buisness
