At times at work I AM one! However thats if people treat me badly ie being rude. If someone is rude to be why should I give them leeway? Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.

people can be rude, shout and be arrogant, in my job you have to use tack and self control at all times, and smile

I had one last night. I started out being polite and professional, but when I realized she was out to simply be a B****, I lost my little mind on her. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/argue.gif" alt="" />

Someone understands...

In all seriousness though, I try to be nice and all that but if someone is being rude and unfair to you, why should you justify their rudeness by ignoring it...if you simply ignore it then you'll just store up all your criticism and go mad! Not only that but they wil think its OK to be rude and nasty to others.

A job I had a few years ago I always made a point of saying "Good Morning" to a certain chef as he was a miserable jobs worth and one day he said that he was going to phone my employer and complain, so I said "go ahead" as he would only sound stupid saying your driver keeps saying good morning to me, sweet revenge and I kept it up.

well being a manager at mcdonalds i had to put up with all sorts of cr@p, which usually ended with me saying "there's one up the road you know". Hell, I had one bloke make a complaint about me because i purposely slid across a wet floor. He said I was setting a bad example, I said "if i fall over its my own fault" at which point he got REALLY angry and tried to report me to head office. The T0ss piece...
