Yeah but Jeff and Glen never seem to put the same team out. Too many swaps in position and players. They never get the chance to 'gel' Know we need 'extras' in case of injuries but..........

if we were a club the size of southend n full time then yeah moan about managers not being there and the bar not being like spearmint rhino.. but we aint.. we are one of the smallest clubs in this league.. a third the size of the big boys.. lets enjoy it while we are here.. we are part time remember.. the conf was the holy grail for 4 long years..

Don't think anyone s moaning about the bar, pitch etc just that you cant count on the same team being on the pitch for two matches running. Don't ya think this caused some problems last season?
