Not wanting to put a dampener on things but there is already an Enfield Charity Competition called the Enfield Charity Cup.
It is run by the Enfield Alliance League, I also think you will find that to run a Charity Cup Competition of this kind would need County approval as well.
Also there are silly rules within leagues about playing in outside competitions. most clubs are only allowed to play in 3 or 4.
ie FA Cup, FA Trophy, Middx County Cup in Enfield case.
Not a bad idea though, even if its only to find out who is the best (oops maybe that was the reason for the idea in the first place how silly of me)

For EFC novelty sake we could play it in the Borough.
Do we need to find a handicapping systems after all you have some big ones to overcome?

Rather than call it The Enfield Charity Cup/Shield and getting into bother with the local FA, can't we do it as a friendly, choose a charity and name it after that. The Enfield Badgerwatch Cup or whatever. I'm sure there are clubs that play regular friendlies like this, and I seem to recall that the old Enfield v Barnet friendlies were for charity.

I think this is a great idea, it's really not about who's best.
I would like to think and hope that it would be an occasion that would re-unite the supporters of both clubs, and build any bridges that need to be built.
And it would be fun too
Badger I think a charity friendly is a cracking idea
Cheers
