Mario transfer listed

Mario is a young lad and will hopefully grasp any opportunity given to him. I hope he is putting in some valuable training in the reserves.

If he doesn't make the most of an opportunity then we all know how mercenary football can be.

My fear is that he will be judged on a ten minute spell and not a fair run out.

I agree, perhaps we are expecting to much from him but we all seem to agree that he has some good potential.

I watched the reserves recently and I really do not see Jason in the same way others do. I cant see a striker in him, I know he is young but I just cant see it.

Maybe there is a twenty goal a year striker in there but he dont look like it. No real presence, touch lets him down a lot.

Kingy sat quitely on his own Tuesday watching the reserves, what did he learn. I think he learnt the best player not in the first squad is Mario.

20 mins on the pitch we are talking about mario here he dont get 5mins let alone 20!!! his a great player who should be playing 90mins week in week out, all this talk about who should start keeling or clark and bring keeling on at the end and he will do great things for us well i think mario and minton bring one on at the end will do the same job because both players want the ball and wants to attack!!

Mario I believe played for the reserves today. They won 10-0 against Waltham Abbey apparently with Jason Hallett scoring 6 goals!!!

The Official site says they won 10-0 with Jason Hallett scoring six, Leon Gordon scoring four and Ben Chenery scoring another! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I was at the game at Park Lane on Saturday and Mario Noto did not play. I figured that he must have been with the first team at Burton but this apparently was not the case.

I do not feel Mario has had any real opportunity with the club so far and cannot understand why he is not at least on the bench for the 1st team.

By the way, it was definately Hallett 6, Leon 3 and Chenners that scored the goals. We missed a penalty as well...
