Give Southall some credit - If it is the team we have previously played a brimsdown they are no mugs. They are a quality team who may have made you look bad but you don't become a bad team overnight.

This was without doubt one of the worst performances I have every seen, Ranking up close to the 9-0 at Runcorn.

Southall were a good side and I wished them good luck in the next round they deserved their win.

We should not make there performance look good by saying we were bad even though we were

We need to improve, and to do that changes need to be made, sooner rather than later.

I have never walked out of a game before but I did yesterday and spent the last 30 minutes in teh bar I could not watch it anymore

Well Done Southall Good Luck in the next round.

I hope to see danny given a chance. His pace can be disruptive to defenders and he may just find his way again.

Then he should be playing. Richards and Cooper together isn't working they're too similar.

Its the defence thats the problem I know we have a few walking wounded but something needs doing fast. Jamie Barry should be back for saturday at least.

That's an understatement. Watson fought hard but he ain't a centre-back.

Agree on that the defence is the problem thats having a knock on effect through the side, Dont forget we only have to avoid the bottom two. And we never expected to set the league alight. There's a hell of a long way to go yet.

Going back to the southall game. How do they manage to get by ? They groundshare at yeading which must cost them a bomb with a home crowd of about 10 fans and yet they are top of the combined counties league. HOW DO THEY DO IT ?

Yes he did. Made his debut away to Harlow and his home debut against Corby last week.

He has been a bit undecided about what to do since the old manager left. He spoke to the new manager at length at training last week and was offered the chance to carry on playing for us but he seems to prefer watching Enfield at the moment. At the end of the day, he's free to make his own choice but I would have thought he would be better off playing games to keep his match fitness up regardless of his longer-term plans.

Maybe he will re-sign for us as we now have Kevin Lucas on the team

There is every probability of that but League rules state that you cannot re-sign for a club you have been transferred from for four weeks. Further to that, a 7-day approach was made for one of our players yesterday and FA Rules state that you cannot come back to us with another 7 day approach for at least 28 days. That means that, by the time he is eligible to sign for Enfield, he won't have kicked a ball in anger for over six weeks. That's why I'm surprised he hasn't chosen to play for us to keep his match fitness up.

The gentlemen in the turbans and dapper suits are the answer to that. Wads of dosh.
