Great wakering 3 Enfield 4 A E T.
An appalling start saw a rebound off gary hoy fall kindly to Much travelled martin Buglione who made no mistake 1-0 after just 2 mins, E's came back into the game with most of the possession but could not find a way through but finished the half a goal down with very few chances created at either end, In the second half a case of same again as this time danny pitts was allowed the freedom of E's defence and ran on unchallenged to shoot low past lee robinson 2-0. Enfield slowly got their act together with a good run from Duane Brewster and a brilliant 20 yard drive which sailed into James Marrable's top corner 2-1. Again E's pushed forward but were always in danger of being caught out . But on 82 mins a foul was awarded about 20 yards out and kevin kilroy hammered in a screamer which swerved beyond marrable's grasp 2-2 . Extra time soon arrived with G W R having much the better as Es players looked very weary and on 94 mins the experienced Martin Buglione turned his man and fired past lee robinson 3-2 ,It could have got worse as G W R had a couple of efforts just clear Es crossbar and another just went wide but on 97 mins lee Allinson hit a crisp dipping shot from a right wing cross again 20 yards out to fly into the bottom corner of G W R's net 3-3 , on 99 mins Es won a corner which lee allinson took the swing on the ball eluded everyone and the ball was adjudged to have crossed the line and Enfield found themselves 4-3 up. The second 15 mins saw G W R dominate for the most part but mark karikari could have made the game safe when he rounded the keeper only to put his shot over, Too many free kicks were then given away by es towards the end and two point blank saves from lee robinson kept e's lead in tact, A horror tackle by gary hoy went unpunished when may be he should have walked and a shot which went wide from buglione was wasted . Enfield held on for a memorable win.

What was wrong with the tannoy announcer, When killer scored to level at 2-2 He said the enfield "town" equaliser was scored by kevin kilroy, And then when Lee Allinson levelled at 3-3 he said dan kannoy had scored. But a worthwhile visit to a nice friendly club and a glamour puss barmaid was well worth a look. Bloody midges bit me in the second half down the far end and hundreds of crane flies everywhere that kept landing on us YUK.
Never have I seen a side score all four goals from outside the 18 yard box ,Thats got to be a first.
