scotland should be independent. and england should be divided into states. like London, South East, South West, West Midlands etc. since each region has roughly 7 million people, which then would make the UK comparable to the United States, where their states average around 3-7 million people. That'd be cool, but then again we're probably better off sticking together as 60million strong since we have EU rivals such as France, Germany, Italy etc.

Are you stupid? The North Sea and all the oil in it would and should go to Scotland. It's like England accepting the French claiming all the fishing rights etc, to the English channel!
