A comfortable win tonight over VCD Athletic in the London Senior Cup despite going a goal down after 7 minutes. Mark Risley powered home a header half way through the first half to equalise, and Nick Lowery put us in front just before the break.

 

Nick Lowery put us further ahead early on in the second half and Mark Risley headed in his second goal of the evening with about 15 minutes to go. VCD pulled a goal back with about 10 minutes left and had a couple of half chances towards the end but were unable to reduce the deficit any further.
