I'm afraid not, but if anyone can tell me who that picture is of, and what it's from, there's half a point of kudos and an ethereal packet of twiglets in it for you.

Well...

Either she's in the throes of being bumped off by the Federation troops, or it's from a hitherto unknown musicalepisode and she's just gone into a song-and-dance routine!

I'll have the half a pint of kudos and leave the curry-flavoured ethereal twiglets for someone else!

The picture is from the last ever episode where all the characters were killed off. The actress is the highly sexy (well she was then) Glynis Barber who came to greater fame in Dempsey and Makepiece, an awful cop show. She ended up marrying her co star Michael Brandon.

Sorry Cyclops, I'll take the spoils. Can I have some Shreddie flavoured Tiglets please Badger?

Bloody hell what an anorak I am.

Well done!!!!

Blake's 7 - what a great show. So, I'd take a guess that both of you are 30+

Apparently the ethereal twiglets taste better if you dip them in the kudos first.

Blakes 7 was great. the special effects made Dr Who look hi-tech. Any programme with Glynis Barber in it was always worth watching!

Nothing wrong with being 30+ best age to be !!
I remember Miss Barber in Blakes 7 and also sadly Dempsey and Makepiece she was indeed a fine piece of work (apologies to ladies for that slightly sexist comment)

Following that theme does anyone remember a pretty cr*p show called Buck rogers in the 25th century ?
Do you remember Colonel Wilma Deering ....Played by actress Erin Grey !! FAB-TASTIC <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

How she got into those tight space suits I'll never know but it doesn't stop me thinking about it ! another top space fox
(I repeat my apology from above)

Anyone think of any others?

Pack it in will you. I'm getting all excited and have the image of Glynis and Erin in my mind doing naughty things.

Speaking of space babes, what about that cave girl (I think called Layla) from Dr Who. She always got my teenage pulse going on a Saturday teatime.

Yeah I do remember the cave girl in Dr Who can't remember her name though.

I dont think I ever got over my infatuation with Agnetha from Abba in my early days !!!

bringing us more up to date but staying with tight space suits how can we forget Jerry Ryan in Star Trek Voyager as Seven of Nine

Apparently there is no padding in her suit!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

I can't stand Weetabix. Just like Shredded Wheat, it's only fit for scrubbing one's pants out.

On the more serious subject of space babes, I agree that 7 of 9 was hot stuff but never as sexy as Marina Sirtis playing Deanna Troi and Denise Crosby as Tasha Yar in TNG or Nana Visitor as Kira Nerys in DS9.

The scantily clad Dr Who girl played by Louise Jameson (who was also in Bergerac) was called LEELA. I am an authority on the subject as I not only share your penchant for space chicks but I have an Invisible Daughter called Leila (pronounced Layla in the Arabic, as opposed to Greek, derivation).

By coincidence this is only one letter away from Leia, as in Princess. I was never that struck on her until the bit where she got captured by Fruitbat (or was it Jabba?) and had to wear that bikini made of string.

From Dr Who I liked Jo Grant (Katy Manning) who had an elfin charm and short skirts, and Sara Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) with her vulnerabe yet plucky and determined nature - except she never got any kit off, which is the whole point of science fiction.

How about Yeoman Wotsername from the first Star Trek - the blonde one? And Counsellor Troy, the sultry buxom beauty from the Next Generation and Winchmore Hill?

And there's Tin Tin from Thunderbirds.

Best of all, Six of Nine or whatever her name was. Hmmm.

Didn't Katy Manning do some topless shots with a Dalek?

I once met Elizabeth Sladen on the tube. Time has been quite good to her.
