I'm afraid our youngsters got a very harsh lesson last night. Not a bad first half and a good chance for mark karikari which got wasted 0-0 at H/T. The first was slack marking from a corner which was duly headed home. The second was a Joke penalty and Salih was sent off. The third was coming and did . Mark whittington's sending off was a little harsh. On reflection a good first half with only two first team regulars involved but I'm afraid lack of experience cost us this game. A few E/Ts did come in for a look and thanks to the few who did . I myself had a chat with Eileen poole the daughter of the late dave Jones and she is a very nice lady whose son bradley is a member of the potters bar squad . Many thanks also to aiden who very generously waived his scratchcard winnings ,A nice gesture.

Steady, son. We'll have to put up with her ego for the rest of the season! Seriously, Eileen is doing a great job on the marketing side for the club at the moment.
