There is a story in today’s newspapers about three cowboy builders who fleeced elderly residents out of circa £1000,000
Rightly they will get prison and may they rot there for an extended period

Just coincidentally Blunkett resigned today and without a doubt has been in to all sorts of money making schemes legal and illegal, I.E. one of his little money making schemes sounds more than a little like insider dealer trading in shares, what then should happen to Blunkett??

Correct Unc, a legacy we will have to live with when the Tony mafia finally fades into the history books
I think I prefer the old Tory sleaze where men of a certain age slept with money grabbing lovely young women, Icons all

Sadly pain is subjective.

well, even beheading someone isnt painless - apparently it takes 10 to 30 seconds for the brain to realise the body is missing and die. Now someone on here can twist that for the own nefarious purposes

Very interesting point, Killer.

There are many reports of guillotened heads being lifted up to the crowd during the French Revolution, and the eyes blinking !

I thought someone would rather cunningly twist it in reference to politics, but I guess we're all above that now aren't we?

Dunno, I have always been against capital punishment I.E. The death penalty
The only issue I have is that if one of mine was abused or murdered I could see myself taking personal retribution and damn the consequences
