Grays on TV

Grays are on TV (AGAIN) on December 2nd. This is the second round of the FA cup. They get another £75,000 for that.

As well as that they are on telly on Saturday too.

With all that money coming in they must be thinking of ploughing it into the team and looking around for more players in January.

Surely it must be our turn soon or has someone received a back hander??

Bloody favoritism me thinks! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

I would have thought Stevenage v Northampton and possibly Hereford v Stockport would have been chosen.

The way Grays seem to be playing it looks as though they will be unstoppable in winning this league. However, it will be very interesting to see what happens should they become a league club. Firstly, will their support drop should the team struggle in Div 3? Also, will bigger clubs come in for a few of their players after a year?

Oh well, I don't care if they go up and win the FA Cup, just as long as we take 6 points off of them <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

With our crowds no TV crew will even look at coming to Park Lane unless there is potential for major giant-killing or no other games (as on the FA Cup game v Southend). I suppose we've never been shown away as there are more glamourous teams? Though beatsa me where could be more glamourous than our sub-tropical Island paradise.

Chippenham/Worcester City v Huddersfield is the other live FA Cup game which will be shown by the BBC on the Sunday.

Could be over 2,000 there when they play us on December 27th.
