Presume it must be for fringe players.

The pitch against Morecambe at home and away at FGR yesterday looked mighty heavy - not sure we need to knacker our squad out before another important game against Tamworth. But I'm sure there is a valid reason in the grand scheme of things...........

Your point shows how much depth we have in our squad and reserves.

Just had a look at the Lewes website and they have a decent team. I didn`t realise that Jefferson Louis had signed for them, when we struggled to score goals last season i hoped we might have been able to sign him on loan.

The reserves had their match at the weekend cancelled so with no reserve game in midweek it makes sense to organise a friendly to improve match fitness.

IMHO i reckon we will put out virtually the same team that played against FGR's. Maybe we have arranged it to keep the momentum going?.
3-3 draw with Morcombe, 4-1 V daggers and a 2-1 win saturday. Glen & Jeff might of arranged the game for us to keep the momentum going of what is a good run?

According to the Stevenage forum Jefferson Louis is about to sign for them, i guess to replace the out-of-favour (sulking, want away)Elding.
