my neighbours friend is a solicitor and when they decided to park across my drive whilst my car was on the driveway,said I know the law that I mustnt park there but just wanted to get you to make me move, <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

To drop the kerb, you MUST have planning permissiom.

 

If this is granted and the built, it becomes your property and you have the right to protect it.

 

Incidently, driving OVER a pavement to APPROACH your drive IS an offence !
