Canvey squad for the match at Park Lane tomorrow -

Potter, McKinney, Kennedy, Duffy, Chenery, McGhee, Ward, Bimson, Sedgemore, Minton, Clarke, Noto, Tait, Ibe, Boylan, Hallett and Gregory.

Thoughts on who will play, the game, result etc. then ladies and gentlemen?

I reckon my son would do better!!

After all the comments re: Chenners and people having a dig at him I feel a real hypocrite, I slagged people off for having a go at Chenners. I said anyone putting that shirt on is a hero especially somone a committed as Chenners.

I have to admit now I will be vocal if Clarky starts playing the usual lazy and indifferent way he has been until now.

His performances seem to suck the enthusiasm from the team, I really hope I am wrong and I get to cheer at his wonderful performance.

I'd start with Duffers on left wing and bring Bimmo back at left back.

Where is Johnny, please do not say Clarke is starting, I shall watch the game from the sea wall.

So did you see Clarkes first goal for the club from the sea wall MOB? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bigshock.gif" alt="" />

Am I the only one thinking that Duffers didn't look comfortable when he had Clarke running in front of him yesterday. Duffers even floated the ball in from the wing rather than line the ball or go for an overlap on a number of occassions. I may be wrong but it appeared to put Duffers off pressing up the wing. Other than that the lads did what they needed to do and we move into the next round. The main thing about yesterday was the amount of time and space we had. Mints had loads of time to do his twisty turny things, Lee had time to turn his marker inside out and our defence had time to co-ordinate and get the ball forward.

I really hope Lee is OK and trust he will be fit for the Grays games. Agreed with Hallett being man of the match yesterday - he did cause Kingstonians a lot of problems. I heard that Grays back line aren't comfortable when they have a pacey forward running at them - suppose Lee and Hallett would scare them [****!!****] less

A good performance today. A typical Boylan free kick started the goals, and Jason is showing what a class player he can become. Let's hope the draw is kind to us, think I'll make the trip to Grays v Aldershot Tuesday in what promises to be a cracker.

Funny atmosphere yesterday!!!

Agree. Even before Lee's injury it was very subdued.

Should be a good game that one. Let's hope Aldershot give them a good game and take them to extra time.
