@ Home, Against Grays

Thought the substitutions were made at the right time today.

Key things for me:

Good to see playing against another conf team who mainly had the build of our players. Most of the other conf teams have a brick shithouse at the back and one pacier type up front. It seemed more of a level playing field on that front today.

What a great replacement for Wardy having Dom available today.

From the games I've seen, Minton had a very good game today and was always there to pick up the second ball.

Chenners had great distribition in the first half although he nearly messed it up on one occasion in the second.

Noto, got booked in the first and could of been sent off in the second if the ref had seen him flick the ball away a couple of times, especially as the ref had already booked the Grays player for putting the ball into the net when offside.

Hallett, great game and thought Clarke is doing better in his new role!

Well done lads. Just keep this belief going now and make us a very hard team to beat.

To a point, I tend to agree with Matt that Ibe, did indeed look lack lustre. He did not close players down and thats a fact, it was so noticable, it looked at one stage that the bench was telling him to pace-up onto defenders in possession.

Jason looked very strong and looks more capable with every game he plays. Noto, noticably tired toward the end but was that due to the work rate that he had put in throughout the game.

Altogether, an impressive display of guts and determination from the entire team.
