If anyone has been listening to Talksport, Rio Ferdinand was on yesterday claiming that he is the best table tennis player in football, and that he would take on and defeat all challengers.

 

Alan Brazil commented that Steve Tilson was a handy player, and that afternoon Tilly was on saying that he was up for a match.

 

Now it looks as though Rio v Tilly will take place as a charity match!

 

One ex-Canvey player taking on a future Canvey player (watch that transfer window!)
