We're travelling up to Stockport County in the FA Cup this Saturday - we'll be on Football Focus at lunchtime and the highlights will be on Match of the Day too!!

Who are you playing this Saturday??

They're playing at Purfleet, don't suppose that'll be on FF or MOTD , they've had their moment of fame and its all downhill now.
Good luck at Stockport!

Taking an FA Cup breather this year. All the success just seems to attract “a little” jealousy. As in past seasons, teams going on to win the ryman premier have bowed out before us from the cup competitions. Maybe as we are out earlier than usual, we may be able to “concentrate on the league”.

Jealous of what exactly? If I were the jealous type I'd hardly be wishing Saints good luck at Stockport now would I? And that "concentrate on the league" excuse is a little bit worn, still you've always got your vidoes

Thank you for responding to Colin Zeal on behalf of Canvey. No we won’t be on FF or MOTD as we have been there, done that. Is it all downhill now? Jealousy. Yes that’s something Gravesend haven’t got, any vidoes, what are vidoes GM/RJS anyway, of matches that were shown live on national TV, something you crave for but it’s all gone again! Just of odd and mixed up of you to wish St Albans all the best on the Canvey board.

I was responding to Mr Zeal on behalf of myself, and I've no connection with Gravesend you are confusing me with RJS, it sounds like you crave for some of what Merv's on, whatever it is it's obviously good stuff

Morning George
difficult to understand just what it is about football that retains your interest and is there any club in particular
PS just out of interest are you old enough to have spent your youth heading the old leather footballs (can you remember?)

Morning Pabird,
No never headed leather balls but Merv seems to have had a bump on the head recently, he's gone all religious
