How about this Linney?

I would walk 500 miles,
and I would walk 500 more,
just to hear the Yellow Army roar,
and to see Lee Boylan score a goal,

CIFC, CIFC, CIFC!!

Not sure about the CIFC bit at the end but you've got the bulk of the lyrics there. Sure somebody can help with the da,dada bit at the end.

You don't need 'a goal' on the end of the Boylan line to make it work.
