I noticed that ex-southend and now Cambridge utd manager Rob Newman was watching the game from the North bank today. Wonder who he was watching?

Quality post Batty, I'm in stitches. Lee has blotted his copy book alright. How sad seeing all he has done for the club, Jeff must get over his power crazy complex if he thinks he'll make it at Chelmsford, over there money isn't everything!

I thought Cambridge had a game yesterday? They beat York 2-0.

They did, it was a 7:45pm kick-off as was Halifax's game with Stevenage.

Cambridge are full-time aren't they? Good move if Lee can get it, though I'd rather see him in the football league.

With the amount of criticism Newman's had this season at Cambridge, I think he'd be looking at more than just Boylan - Most likely anyone he can get his hands on!
