Smith & Bignall for Chelmsford City

Recommended Posts

It's definite that Rob Smith & Mike Bignall have signed for Chelmsford City on a temporary basis in time to be considered for today's home game against Moor Green. (If it goes ahead - it's chucking it down here). With our top two strikers injured it's likely that your guys will play. What are they like?

Peter
Go to SACFC Web and click on 'The Squad'. They are both in there.
Smith is not really a natural striker but when he does score they are normally spectacular.
Bignall misses more than he scores but has good pace and aggression (sometimes too much!)
Good luck with the game today, it doesn't look too promising from here.

I glad you say this is only a temporay thing! This is just my opinion and someone is bound to disagree (they're like that round here!!!).
Having seen Mike Bignall less times than the others, I would say he has great potential. When he plays well, he plays really well and could score with almost any touch of the ball. On the other hand when he has a bad game its tough going!

Rob Smith seems to have a great game almost everytime he plays. Has great pace down the wing and his crosses are almost impeccable. Has a fair goal tally for us as well!
Hope this is enough, not sure what else to say! Also, without meaning to be nasty, I hope they dont play too welll for you! We are not going to have any players left at this rate!
wink.gif" border="0 wink.gif" border="0 wink.gif" border="0 wink.gif" border="0
