Does anyone else use them?

I've just switched from Orange to T-Mobile and am currently trying to get through to them for the fourth time......

So far total waiting time today of 1hr 30mins.... is that usual?

I've been with Orange from the start and never had a problem with 'em.

Youngest daughter had all sorts of problems with 'T'

I've been with T-mobile for 7 or 8 years now and haven't had any problems.

The only downside is that their coverage on Shetland is poor, it only works in Lerwick. It was fine in Crete, Lesvos, Italy, Spain, France, Scotland and England.

I have also been on T-mobile for a long time and never had any problems, YET!!!

All the companies have problems in different areas.

used to have a datacard with T-Mobile - found them impossible to deal with - now have moved all phones under an Orange Business plan - like a breath of fresh air <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Yep, I'm starting to wish I never left Orange now, especially after my two hour telephone ordeal this morning. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bigshock.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bigshock.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bigshock.gif" alt="" />

Generally been very happy with T-mobile for customer service, but then anything is better than O2. It could be because I'm on the friends and family plan that makes them do the job properly but that is just speculation.

Got to be said, their coverage is pretty poor, but getting tariff at half price makes up for it
