I imagine Witham and Wivenhoe are not a great distance away from each other. Aveley and Tilbury as well.

19 miles and 10 miles respectively

(Maldon is closer (10 miles) for Witham)

Quite a few teams' grounds are within walking distance of each other.

Aveley - Hornchurch
Barking & East Ham - Ilford
Ilford - Redbridge
Waltham Forest - Waltham Abbey
Waltham Abbey - Enfield Town
Wingate & Finchley - Potters Bar Town

We could probably walk to both Tilbury & Great Wakering too.

They're all walking distance to us! We passed Hornchurch FC on the Dagenham walk, right by my favourite street name, "Hornminster Glen"!

Do you mean this one, Glenn?

Many moons ago I lived in Aveley and my bedroom window overlooked half their pitch.

Although it was only a couple of hundred yards away I never had the inclination to walk round to the ground let alone Aveley to Tilbury - then again living in Aveley I was probably to scared to walk around full stop

Don't ever remember hearing a crowd over there - except when they played Aldershot.

Isthmian league is usually one of the last to announce fixtures so I'd say they'll be released in about a month.

Usually some time in early July for the Ryman.
