Just an idea we have had at Newquay that may suit the Gulls.

 

NEWQUAY AFC – SPONSORSHIP 2006/7

Unique opportunity.

 

Instead of one main sponsor, we at NAFC have decided that we will offer 200 local companies the chance to become our primary sponsor. All companies are invited to a sponsors night at the clubhouse where for just £250 + vat, you will be entered into the sponsors draw. All entrants are issued with a season ticket for the season and 10 prizes to be drawn as follows.

 

1st PRIZE - MAIN SPONSOR WITH COMPANY LOGO ON ALL SHIRTS

Home and Away shirts, bearing Main Sponsor logo.

Photos circulated to all local press presenting the shirts to the club.

Company logo printed on the front of the match day programme.

An advertising board at the the ground.

A season ticket for the 2006/2007 season.

I don't think we could've turned down the sum offered for our shirt sponsorship next season.

 

Some of those smaller prizes look good for the draw entry fee though! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

 

I believe I'm correct in saying that a full page advert in Canvey's programme next season will cost you 300 pounds for the season and it's 250 pounds for half a page for the season.

Obviously, the idea can be tailored to the clubs own advertising potential. Im sure that £50k before vat would get most clubs at level 5/6/7 a decent season.
