Jason - Your making a big step backwards by joining Chelmsford, you could easily play full time football at conference level..

I was told that Stimo really wants Hallet..

Should really be joining a Conference club at least to progress his career. Could easily be signed up for League football.

He's certainly too good for any Ryman League and most Conference South teams.

Conference to Ryman Premier would be disasterous at his age!

Well if he goes to Chelmsford he won't have Lee Boylan to compete against and he should really be first choice, so it's a good possibilty he'll be up there with the best.

Looks like Chelmsford will be going all out to win the Ryman this season and with the players they have its hard to see how they won't. Clearly Jeff wants to get them in the Conference within 2 years but can't see how their ground will be up to Conference standard.

if this is true, VERY dissapointed for him.
Jason you are way to good for that level,no doubt you have been promised conference football in the near future with Chelmsford, but remember Boylan was promised League football with Canvey.things dont always go the way people intend.
well capable of competing in the conference national,if not league 2.
anyway good luck jason, hope it does go well for you.

Surprised he is going to Chelmsford. He can do far better than Ryman League but at the end of the day he'll be a big fish in a small pond and if he does the business I'm sure league clubs will sit up and take notice.

he is easily capable of league football. unfortunately he chooses not to listen to people who have been there. or to make the sacrifices needed to achieve that level
