sending a letter by Royal Mail special delivery at a cost of £4.10p to arrive before 12noon next day and it arrives 8.45am the following day, a day late.

 

Would it have arrived the next day with a first class stamp quicker.

 

When moaning to the post office told to fill out a form and ring customer services, got one of those, touch tone phones, gave up, sent form and HOPE.
