Jeff King has stated in tonights Evening Echo that an ( exciting ) new player will be coming to Park Lane early in the new year and he will be very good for the club.
Could it be NEIL RUDDOCK?
Any thoughts? <img src="/forums/images/icons/confused.gif" alt="" />

Well at least we know that as the player isn't coming till the new year, they must obviously be contracted to a club and their contract is expiring. Does that help?

Who will make way for him though? That's what should concern us the most!

Well, according to the conversations going on at the Lane monday night during training, Kingy has been having talks with Paul Gascoigne. I know you're all probably thinking "we've heard it all before", but just wait and see.....

Oh yeah, and Phil Whelan will be the other one from Sarfend

My Dream - Roberto Di Matteo has resurrected his career after his broken leg and decided that Canvey would be the best place you start! - Yeah right!!!

Gascoigne would be something to see to believe!!

As for the players who haven't played in the first team for a while, is this pointing fingers at a certain Gregory & Dobinson?

But if this new signing is meant to be exciting, it could be a player from anywhere!

Paul Linger? Jon Keeling? They are both 'exciting' players. Or how about a player that many clubs have been after? Is this why he's not coming until the new year?

All will revealed soon hopefully...

da reason this exicting signing of urs is not cuming 2 da new year is he is on a contract sumwhere n cant leave till da ridicilous transfer window reopens in january

n i think wiht da way keeeling n linger played agaisnt 4 purfleet againist us a few weeks ago u should b v happy 2 have em as linger is certainly a lot better than that ricay reject mark brennan does he still get first tema footy at da lane as that will increase our chances on thursday

Yes Mr. ricay, Brennan does get first team football at CIFC.

I personally feel that for some reason we're gonna regret letting Adedeji go tomorrow, (it's past midnight!). However if we play like we did Saturday I feel like another 4-4 draw coming on!!!
