See Mario has already scored 3 goals for them this year. That is one more than he managed in two seasons at Canvey.

Defence seems to be their problem at the mo. Scoring plenty of goals but conceding far too many. Apparently they capitulated big time against Basilricay the other week after being 2-0 ahead.

Apparantly Noto and Minton have stood out and Hallett has bagged a few.

why say pointless things like that, jeff dont think like that about us just because he left does he?? he wants us to do well because he love the club even when jeff was with us people slag him off he cant win with some people can he!!! ill just point out that this is nothing to do with canvey and not at all interesting to read so why dont you just leave it to rest and if you have anything nice to say then say it but if not its boring !!!! good luck jeff hope all goes well!!!

Agreed. Jeff King put this club on the map and without him, it would still be in the Essex Senior League - let nobody be under any illusion about that.

I wish Chelmsford all the very best and want them to do well as I really do like so many of the ex Canvey players now over there.

No point in being bitter about anything now, Canvey are on the up again and what is past is past.

Kingy was in the clubhouse tonight. I was going to have a word with him on your behalf regarding the Basils' game.

Jeff was a lazy manager, never went out of the village to watch other players before signing them on. I think his attitude will have to change at Chelmsford, unless he just buys his way as always!

Don't know if that was so but most people have extensive contacts witin the game, scouting systems also. I am sure Jeff was no exception and he hardly did bad for the club did he?

well when you see other managers at other grounds that mean they are full time jeff has jobs to do other than the club(at the time)so it made it hard for him!! anyway he had and still has one of the best scouts with him so if he had the time it would of been a waste of time anyway.

Yeah, thats right. Lets not have a go at Kingy. Lets just kiss his ar*e again for making us drop down 3 leagues. Yeah, coz we would never have got that far without him and we also wouldn't be playing Ryman league football again if it wasn't for him too. You lot just kiss his ar*e even know he almost ripped this club apart and it was the fans who saved it again.

Would you do that to a thief if he nicked your wallet and stabbed you in the back and then gave the wallet back again?

I honestly as a supporter of 13 years and a lot longer than most of you, do not understand what you have to be grateful to him for anymore if he took it away (all for more money) as quickly as we got it. As a very loyal supporter, I do not care for the reasons you give if they are just to praise him for ruining our climb through the leagues. You obviously love being fu*ked over coz i cant see it any other way.

No. People come on here praising him, so why cant i have a go back? Is only one opinion allowed on the matter or something? Praise him or shut up? I wont shut up coz that is how i feel. You lot come on here and accept what happen and then talk about it and i will oppose it. Tough.

Whatever makes you happy Chalky, do yourself a favour and copy your post into Word then it will save you typing it out over and over again

"Supported this club 13 years blah blah blah, Jeff has ripped the heart out of the club blah blah blah" you only ever seem to post the same message
