Sitting in the Library at Uni, rather anxious about today's game. This is the second one I've missed in a row so I'm starting to go cold turkey!

Come on Canvey, lets get back on track and earn at least a point today!!!

Wakering can't count!!!

Great performance by the boys. Thought Chris Bourne linked up very well with Lee Jay on the left and was influential in two of the goals.

Great finish by Leon for the second goal and Clyde took his goal well.

Well done to the players and management after last weeks no-show against Maldon all the players looked up for it from the off which has not been the case recently.

Our 2nd and 3rd goals were top quality from the build-up to the ball hitting the back of the net. The only downside from the game was Rugg going off with what looked like the same injury he`s been recovering from but Leon certainly is capable of banging the goals in if he can stay fit.

Good to see Ashley, seems a waste seeing him sitting on the bench at GWR

We certainly do, from the post below it seems Wivenhoe had a bad day yesterday but i`m sure Greggors,Parms and McGhee will be determined to put on a good show against us if they play.

"I didn't hang around long enough to see if Steve Pitt came into the bar to apologise for the apalling performance this afternoon but I hope he didn't as how on earth could he offer any excuses. The final scoreline flattered us it could and should have been a lot worse against a side that were probably the worse team to visit Broad Lane this season. The players - and I use that term loosely - could not be arsed. They played like someone had spiked there pre match high energy performance drinks. The zombies in Dawn of the Dead were more mobile and coordinated than this lot. I have wasted an afternoon of my life - time I shall never get back. The players and management should hang tgheir heads in shame.

someone told me that Ash has been out injured and isn't fit yet.

That would make sense but i heard he lost his place earlier in the season.
