Hey Penguin - I notice your favourite players. You missed Terry Howard, Roy Thomas, Derek Dawson (Remember him) Malcom Mitchell, Billy Broomfield, Ray Kingsland, Tony Edwards, Jimmy Quail, Peter Terry, Les Tilley, Steve King, Lawrie Churhill, John Connell, Joey Adams, Nicky Francis, Tony Harding, Ray Hill, John Brooks, Phillip? Fry, Brian Fuller (RIP) John Payne, Noel Cantwell, Andy Pape, Ian Wolstenholme, Ian Reid etc

But you are an old fan so I suppose you can remember more than me. A pity that there are few that follow the current team that can remember these really great non league players.

Who can compare now?

In the town's side there are one or two who I will remember in 20 years time how many do you see at EFC.
He hasn't missed anybody you Mong ,He's selected some of his favourite players you
dickhead,You should go and see a specialist steph I hear they put stem cells into geriatric brains these days . A suggestion you may benefit from. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Back to the match itself ,I found this in the Herts Mercury this morning whilst round my mum's. Anthony Anstead catching Owens corner a split second before stumbling backwards across his line.

Hath thou not taken one's medication of late then young man ? For any fool such as your treasonous good self should know that I was scribing reports about most if not all the players that you mention for many years including 15 years service at a certain newspaper. 81 years old I am, and have been around longer than most of all of the embittered that hath chosen the path of the misguided such as your arogant good self young sir.

why dont you crawl back to your own little forum where you can merrily pat each other on the back - then moan like billyo at Jim every time you lose. get a bucket and some sand from B&Q fill the bucket up and stick your head in it.

That wouldnt be the same local rag who's reports use to have no bearing on the game which had taken place would it?
Wrong scorers, headed goals reported when it was a volley from 25 yards, players names mentioned who were not even playing etc etc
Oh happy days........mind you not much has changed!
