kingstonian face being throw out of the league due to off the field problems. this would mean any points gained/lost against them would be wiped out. while this would gain us 2 points on aldershot i hope for their fans sake this will not happen

not again..! they havn't long made up their games in hand after their delayed start.. cant be much fun being a K's fan at the moment, especially after all the recent trophy sucsess... still if any club can get out of a sticky financial situation its the k's, i hope they make it, the last thing this league needs is to lose one of its biggest clubs...

The failure to gain creditors agreement to a CVA does mean that probably around Feb.28.03 Stones will cease to exist as a company and Ryman rules will determine their removal from the league

If you have any understanding of a CVA then the failure to gain creditors agreement is almost certainly the end without the arrival on the scene of a very rich individual prepared to forego a very large cash settlement

In effect the creditors are saying they have lost patience and wish the company to be wound-up with the monies rescued going to the creditors in percentage terms in-line with monies owed

Most drastically it means no more credit and probably only cash dealings accepted by creditors or any other dealing business

Very strange this morning Canv the lack of interest across the sites in the struggles of this famous club

Probably due to the lack of understanding as to how serious the mire when creditors refuse to play the CVA game

"Ks" have next to no time to find a white knight prepared to go big on the charity thing

Well if the "Ks" do not have a very serious fallback plan a failed attempt to gain peace with creditors via CVA normally determines good night nurse

Suppliers will no longer be kidded into cooperation and the bank will now play (very) hard ball

Not good signs and you have to trust that there is the white knight approaching at the gallop with a hard cash solution
