Wingate & Finchley have produced a match report - link below. Not that I suppose it really matters tongue

Not sure I agree with some of it but I did feel that W&F passed the ball around very well in the conditions especially late first half and during the second half. Not sure that they really looked threatening enough to get a result from us though.

Pretty fair report, IMHO. I thought this was very similar to the Tilbury game in that we started well but never realised that the conditions would not allow us to play our normal game.

Once again, we were unable to use the width of the pitch which meant that the players in the middle got very little service. It was never going to be possible to play neat, one-touch, passing football along the ground but that is what we continued to try and do.

Hopefully, the replay will be in dryer conditions and under those circumstances, the game will be there for the taking. W&F were better under the dreadful conditions, but I wouldn't say they were better overall.

I don`t recall any but i thought i`d check, always seems silly to me that bookings count even if the game is abandoned.
