Lee Endersby - scored 2 on his debut after coming on as a 75th minute subsitute. Much appreciated.

To be fair to the man, he has loads of ability. His main problem is he is too much of a perfectionist and won't cross the ball unless everything is absolutely right. Unfortunately this means he ends up too often fannying around on the wing giving opposition defenders time to get back and cover.

I think Steve West must have pointed this out to him once too often 'cos I remember him putting in a perfect cross (when normally he would have held on to the ball) which West headed in. Endersby then blanked West when he went to thank him.

sorry- that was just a sarky stolen quote from one of our ex-managers(but I agree with it). See with Lee, he is a very very skillful footballer, but he used to disappear from games when he was with us and the no. of clubs he's been with tells it's own story.Shame, you never really want to see players with that sort of ability fail to shine.

Ah, dear old Grahem 'David Brent' Westley.

I disagree with him. Attitude is NOT more important than ability. Equally important, yes, but either is useless without the other. But AIEAIAA doesn't make such a snappy acronym.
