rang wyngate to try and get their score against harlow and got the rugby club who said...

 

what football club

 

undeterred I rang harlow and they replied

 

harlow town football club

 

I asked the score at wyngate

 

don't know the young lady replied they are nothing to do with us we work for the council

 

dear oh dear.... confused

A very tough physical game, with Kris niggling with the center half most of the game. Maldon tried, chased and upset at every opportunity.

The Kris Lee sending off was harsh and on the instruction of the linesman. Strange thing, it changed the game completely and we played better with ten men. Poor official today, John Purdie was fuming and looked like he would get booked for dissent. I think Colin had a lot to say at the end.

Great three points and a very good week.
