You poor soul! Our closest is 40 miles away. You could always do what hubby did. After moving here and finding out there wasn't a curry house nearby, he persuaded the wife to start making them.

Haddock dipped in mustard flavoured potato flakes, then pan fried! Makes a nice difference from fish and chips.
