[color:"blue"] Enfield U16's are through to the Middlesex County Cup Final. The match will be played at Brook House FC, on 27 April 2003. They do not know their opponents yet, cos the other matches are still being played. [/color]

Just thought I would reply to this message, as nobody else has bothered.

WELL DONE, the Under 16's, and when you are the ones keeping Enfield from relegation, just give the 'cheering' fans, the old Mr Bean wave.

That's a bit harsh. I think praise will be forthcoming when we win the cup! Well done lads- see you in the 1st team in the near future.

Well done lads.

Also, last Sunday the under 17's reached the County Cup Final as well.

Who are we playing? - the Enfield under 18's (17/18 combined competition this year).

To reach the County Cup final is a real achievement. The fact that the 16's, 17's and 18's have all reached it this season is something that everybody at the club should be proud of - and as I have said in a previous post - should be a cause for considerable optimism for the future.

Hopefully many of the lads will play for the reserve side that Ronnie Howell will run next season - and supplement the first team squad as and when required.

Be sure to give them your support.

All the best.

Terry (U17's)

Well Done the 17's and 18's.
Well done all of the Youth teams. I know we had quite a few teams that went far in the Middlesex Cup.

It would be nice if the 17s/18s final could be held over this way, then they could have a lot of support.

The 16s have to play at Brook House FC, in Hayes, and yet we may be playing a Cheshunt Youth League team, if they get through. (Norseman)

I agree it would be much better if the finals could be held over this way, however, as I understand it, once the Middx County FA dictate a venue that's the end of the story - so we've all got to slap over to Brook House.

It would be great if some supporters could make it though.

The 17/18 final is on bank holiday Monday - 5 May.

By the way I think some of our lads might be playing tonight at Kingsbury.

Brook House is a nice little ground. We won the Middlesex Charity Cup Final there last season

Looks like the Middx. cup finals are going to be flooded with teams from the Enfield area.
