I think the Saints should have a float in the annual carnival! And give things away! YES THAT'S RIGHT GIVE THINGS AWAY!

Now that is a very good idea young lady.
I believe that the carnival committee accept entries for both floats and static stalls at Westminster Lodge. It would be good to have one or other or even both. I suggest that the Managers and several of the players should be involved. 'Goodie bags' could be given away with some of the team/player photographs, scarves, next season's fixture list, posters, and free tickets for children when accompanied by an adult etc. etc.
If I were you, I would have a word with Michele Sinclair, the Director in charge of Marketing at one of the next games. [She's a gel, too].
Good thinking Saints64mad.

I agree, great idea but if we are talking about August Bank Holiday which I think is the 26th, won't the Super Saints be playing on that day, we did this year.
I suppose it depends if we are home or away that day and also what time the parade finishes but if it works, I'm up for it. Maybe old Zimmerman could bring his band.

Thank you for everyone's points. If people are willing to help do a float perhaps next year then maybe it might help look out for further notices from me!

Not so fast Zimmo. Isn't it only on Friday to Sunday this year? You should know that if your playing! You make sure you're back for the Monday.
