As most of you will be using the A12 to get to Witham on Saturday please be aware that the V Festival is taking place at Chelmsford this weekend. Therefore traffic is likely to be heavier than normal between the M25 & Chelmsford with congestion anticipated around the Hylands Park exit (A414). It may be worth allowing extra time for your journey.
