Just idly searching companies House and looked up EFC Ltd. Did you know that the club are registered in Derby and they list their sole business activities as

Nature Of Business (SIC(92)): 9261 - Operate sports arenas & stadiums

This interested me as I didn't know that they had a ground let alone a stadium.

I also note that the previous name for the company was Extravaganza restaurants ltd.

I thought that the supporters ought to be able to ask Mr Lazarou Exactly how many stadiums does the company manage?

OOPS, I think you got the wrong gender there. Anyway, it's a fair question to ask.

I dunno. A friend of mine runs a business which according to the company description deals with sport and leisure wear, which at one time he did. Now, however, he runs a kids play centre and cafe. I suppose he could be breaking a company law or something, I'm no expert.

The arenas and stadium bit refers to (I think) just an industry code (very general), probably like a Bank of England classification.
The registered address is probably that of their auditors.
The business classification stated is 'Football Club Proprietors'.

clear as mud !!
