  3. Anyone know the attendance last night??
  4. No 3spirt is right a preseason match at Windsor was just a game for them to kick lumps out of us. So never played again.
  5. Just a quick reply. The trading estate is mainly foreign owned, so don't care about us.
  6. How long has Steve been gone? Have the board not handled things since Steve left? So why all of a sudden they are incapable of handling things now?
  7. Yes you have to be a member to be at the meeting. I am wondering if 1 of the board could attend.
  8. So the board has said Neil and Jon left because of the budget? NO So you'll be finding this person? NO
  9. You've got to take into consideration that the council take 50%
  10. Today was the first League game of the new formed Ladies side. Getting promoted to Division 1, but with only 3 or 4 of the Ladies team remaining. The Rebles stepped up and with 6 or 7 of them remaining, and a few new recruits. We started today against Banbury. We dominated the game from start to finish. We had 7 corners, 12 shots on target and 14 shots off target. As for Banbury they had 2 shots off target, only 1 shot on target (68th minute into the game) no corners. The result was 5-0. Goals from Alice x2 Paddy Daisy (newby) Marena Highlights Next week we are away again but in the FA Cup v Milton United. They play in the next devision up.
  11. RIGHT. The Ladies side was asked to go into the Southern Regions, and we said yes BUT, Because of not knowing what the future of both Ladies teams was nearly all the Ladies (first team) side left. Some because of moving home, some because other clubs were offering free signing on fees, some because of having to change training nights. So we were left with only 4 or 5 Ladies (first team) left, The Rebels ( reserve team) also was depleted for the same reasons, but we had 7 or 8 that stayed. We declined the change to Southern, but excepted promotion to Div 1 Thames Valley. The The Rebels side was disbanded. So we only have 1 team (Ladies) now. It's going to be hard as most of the team will be jumping up 2 divisions, but with a few new additions we could hold our own. ON A SIDE NOTE.. Other teams have gone down to 1 team but did it the other way. Disbanding the first team and kept the reserve team with a lot of first team player dropping down 3 or 4 divisions. Our first league game is against our friends from Banbury (not) away on Sunday 4th September, our FA Cup adventure starts the following Sunday v Milton United home on the 11th September, who play in the Southern Regions League 1 North. We had 2 trial games to try new player out with the minimum first or reserve player as possible. We had our first friendly with most of the new side (2 form last years first team,7 from the reserves and 5 new players. We still had a couple of last years player away. The game was against a div 3 side Guildford Saints. We came away from there with a 7-0 win, but they were depleted, only 12 players. GOALS FROM, Tia (newby)×2, Alice, Marena, Daisy (newby), Laura (newby), and finally Aimee.
