Rudi Hall is pretty memorable! Liam Hope will always be a Town legend. Don't think there were many who knew of him before he joined us but we certainly know his name now - written himself into Town history and can be very proud. Without taking anything away from his first stint, I'm very pleasantly surprised with the positive contribution he made on his return. Thank you for your service to the club Liam, I'm sure you'll always be very welcome at ETFC.

Don't think we should underestimate what a good result, and performance, many of us witnessed yesterday. Matt Johnson was outstanding in a more advanced midfield position than in recent weeks and was my man of the match even before his stunning two goals, followed very closely behind by Micky Parcell. Great performances all over the pitch though, with everybody standing up and being counted against a team that destroyed us at home. We all know these players are capable of performances like that (remember Tonbridge away?) but we need to do that more consistently - if you watch the int

There were some ETFC players who represented their country after 2001.

Agree with most of the posts on here. A big factor is the loss of Nathan Cooper at the back for large parts of the season and all of Stimson's reign. We are also struggling for consistency and seemingly play in halves e.g. good second against Harlow, good first against Burgess Hill, good second against Carshalton - need to do it for 90 minutes. Also agree with Anthony that we are tending to concede at awful times, especially just before and after half time.

It's a shame but there are lots who give their time to players from the past who played for Enfield FC rather than those who have played for ETFC since 2001. Lets HOPE things change.

It will come, today I did not feel any of our players had a bad game and we just failed to hit the back of the net. The second half on Monday for me was one of our best resent performance for a long time. I have full faith in our new manager to get us playing well and winning games again.

We are not of course in the bottom three which are the relegation places. However,we are only three points above the 19th and 20th placed clubs and it is a bit naive to suggest that we are not in the relegation zone/area or whatever else you want to call it.
