    SSML Shutdown

You would certainly like me out of your hair wouldn't you as you hate being held to account with your close and somewhat shady links to certain Club's, I still cannot believe that you were allowed to Officiate on St Panteleimon and New Salamis games this season

    Season ends

A big thanks to everyone at the club for all their hard work this year. It is a shame how the season has ended and i believe our players had the momentum to win the league or at least the playoffs. I do hope that the squad can be kept together and maybe add a few where needed ready for the next season whenever it starts to come back stronger and get the club up to where it belongs. In the meantime I wish everyone the best of health and hope we can all get through this isolation Up the Urchins.

Gosh all these players who had the ability to reach the top but playing step 5 and 6 who’d have thunk it, quite something.

SSML Legends Where Are They Now?

David Blaine, David Copperfield and Ben Hanlin spring very much to mind when describing magician Safraz Pivano, an amazing player for Kentish Town in the SSML who, had he taken the game seriously would have undoubtedly reached the very top, his reliability also wasn't the best but when he did turn up for matches Kentish Town rarely lost, if at all. Safraz seemed to prefer playing with his circle of chums in the Islington Midweek League at Market Road where the 3G surface was pioneered back in the day, he later went on to play for Sporting Bengal United and Tripimeni-Olympia in the KOPA League:

SSML Legends Where Are They Now?

I used to watch Josh Scott play for Hayes FC and then Hayes & Yeading United FC he was a top striker. Josh Scott returned to Hayes & Yeading FC a few seasons ago but he was well past his best.

SSML Legends Where Are They Now?

Josh Scott, plied his trade with Kentish Town for a while in the SSML along with his brother Lee, both brothers were on Arsenal's books when they were schoolboys and, although both forwards, could and should have reached the heights of the Charlton brothers. Josh went on to play for Aldershot Town, Hayes & Yeading, Ebbsfleet United and Dagenham & Redbridge where he made 112 appearances for the Daggers and netted 23 times, he played at Wembley in the 2010 League 2 play off Final in a pulsating 3-2 win over Rotherham after scoring four times in the Semi Final First Leg against Morecambe:
