Title says it all. I made more of an effort to get to the game today with the train strikes than some did on the pitch. Serious wake up needed. Enough said.

There will be a heavily subsidised supports coach travelling to Horsham away on Saturday 1st April. 

Cost for supporters is £5 a head and it will be leaving the club at 11 o’clock. Names on here or to the club shop if you want to be on the coach.

Well played one and all been saying it for years our away support is amazing and growing. Whenever the game is played we always let the opposition know the Chins are in town
i honestly believe the percentage of our home attendance which we take away every game must be the best in non league or not far off.

As Luke says, every single game is commented on and for the most part the comments are positive. Just noting that Pony Tailed Urchin had already started a positive thread to this game prior to this one. I couldn't comment on the game as I had work commitments that prevented me from attending (think I've missed only this and Romford away but not 100% positive about that)
The second anyone dares to make a suggestion that perhaps is considered derogatory then the criticism comes out. Are we supposed to say that we played well when we lose to Bishops Stortford 4-1? Yes I'm sure there could be reasons behind that (illness, injuries etc.) and I think being a manager must be an incredibly difficult job that I certainly couldn't do but we're not allowed to say we didn't play well?
We all want Hornchurch to succeed , we've got a great manager and a great support team behind him and a good core of players at the club and I think we can get promoted this year. Sometimes you need squad additions (if that's affordable) if it's not quite working out though.

I’ve avoided commenting on these posts for a while now but I couldn’t agree more with Kimble above. We have been poor for a few weeks now and when playing at home we look like an away side. I get we like to play long ball football but we have been found out so many times of late playing against big centre backs and CDM’s and we genuinely don’t look like we have a plan B. Without Lewwis in midfield we look weak, I genuinely lost count today with the amount of times we lost the ball in midfield or passed it to an opposition player. I just hope we put the last few weeks behind us and start to pick up performances again otherwise we could be in for a surprising league finishing position

The clubhouse will be open on Saturday for fans to come and have an Xmas drink together. The coach will arrive back at 17:45/6ish where most of the riff raff will arrive!
