  1. Today's 6th Rebels' goal 20230407_144316 (1)_1.mp4
  2. I'm not sure if it's already been mentioned on the forum but I've just realised that, with 21 teams in NLS (again) this season, our "empty" match days are Bank Holiday Monday 30th August and... the final day of the NLS Fixture Calendar, Saturday 7th May 2022. So the Rebels will play last match away to Hampton & Richmond on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May 2022 and us fans won't necessarily know whether or not we can celebrate promotion/play-off place/avoiding relegation* (*select as appropriate, depending on your outlook!) when the final whistle sounds. I suppose somebody has to be the 21st team but it's a shame it's us. Hopefully the NLS will be back to 22 teams again in the near future...
  3. I was standing behind the path of the shot and can confirm it was going a foot or so wide before keeper’s kind intervention helped it into the net. This is not the Premier League though so no dubious goals panel and credit goes to Dunny!
  4. RIP Chris. A top fan. A top guy. All thoughts are with your family at this saddest of times.
  5. Can somebody please confirm the dates for the play-off semi and final so I can keep these dates free (just in case!). Thanks.
  6. Not sure if this is "old" news but is seems James Saulsbury has signed for Hayes (according to their official web site). I thought he signed for Staines a few weeks ago? http://www.hayesfc.net/news_files/news.html

  8. Yes, sorry. Saw "Confirmed" and overlooked the small print. Just noticed Maidenhead were listed in the Southern again and took a closer look. Then saw your replies. Hopefully will be clearer tomorrow (today)...
  9. another's site now has the "Confirmed Maps & Lists for 2005/06 season" and confirms we're still in the Ryman with Windsor: http://www.tonykempster.btinternet.co.uk/maps05-06.htm
  10. Result 2-1. Rebels go through 4-2 on agg. Wha-hay!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/affig.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bounce.gif" alt="" />
  11. Slough 2-1 up on the night (4-2 on agg). Murphy 73... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
  12. Now 1-1. Saulsbury penalty (33)... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
  13. Can anyone confirm kick-off time for this match? Cheers,
  14. On my last visit to Gravesend (3-4 years ago) the away/car park end was entirely uncovered. Does anyone know if this is still the case? Will there be any covered sections for away fans on Saturday?
  15. The Thurrock site seems to confirm the Trophy game will be on Sun 6th Feb >>> http://www.thurrockfc.co.uk/tfc/news/news2004-05/news_January_2005.htm
  16. The FA site says these games are to be played 5th Feb. Windsor are due to be at home to Hampton that day. I guess our match will be on Sunday 6th?
  17. If that's correct then the Chelslough fans will have to choose between our game or Chelsea v Barcelona...
  18. Agree with Radders. No way this should have been called off. Took a chance and travelled to Stag Meadow. Paid and entered at 1055. Was advised to keep hold of ticket as ref was concerned about frosty patch on far side (length of pitch opposite main stand). The entire playing area looked absolutely fine with no frost. On close inspection the only area affected by frost was that between the fencing and the touchline on that far side as it was still in shadow. So, at worse, the lino on that side may have been concerned about slipping over in the early part of the game and making a t*t of himself in front of a (potentially) big crowd. At 1110 heard someone mention in the bar that the game was off. Shutters came down and everyone disappeared! Finished beer, got refund, got fed up... now watching cricket instead... a poor substitute in deed...
  19. That cold? Reckon the Montreal v Quebec match could be off too...
  20. Hopefully the match will survive latest forecasts. BBC (they've been wrong before!) currently say minus 3C Sunday night, getting up to +5C on Monday. However, with a noon KO it could be touch and go... Fingers crossed... Merry Christmas to all Rebels fans! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/icon_smokin.gif" alt="" />
  21. Quote: Yousef now my knowalge of the Kuwait langauge is...Zero... but how would a c turn ito a s sound!? The word DICE, for example, is pronounced with an 'S' sound. Mispronouncing that would be unfortunate... So, a valid question from Yousef.
