December Midweek Fixtures
Uncle T replied to petethegreek's topic in Spartan South Midlands League Forum
The biggest cost is referees fees, these could be reduced too. If we have 1400 KO in my experience you will still need the floodlights in December and January. The cost is quite low too. What we need is our clubhouses to be open. -
It looked like tough game from the highlights.
-
Levy won 1-0. Play Harpenden in the next round.
-
Levy entered the Suburban League this season. We will be playing U18 and over 25's in the team. Flexible is the key to reserve team football. Why do the FA keep putting obsticles in the way for people to play football.

They are increasing the refs fees by 30% next season. Most clubs very unhappy with this increase. It will be a all in fee totalling £149 per Premier Division game. The Ass Refs will get a whopping £47 each.
-
Sorry don't agree. the balls are fine. No complaints from anyone to me this season or last. Normally some players or managers complain but not recently.

To get any funding from football you need a minimum lease of 10 years or own the ground. Raiders should leave the Comrades a lone and focus on their own club.

Daft calling it a development league too. Where is the development part of it.
-
Because clubs fund the football for the league too, it is important that we play home games every other Saturday if possible. This is where we make money. Midweek games lose money due to the weather etc. There will be two less games next season so this will help. What about putting on a full set of midweek fixtures after the the first two rounds of the FA Cup and Vase. This will help get games played. Do we need Divisional Cups? Should the Premier Division Cup be only for the the clubs not in the Vase after round 1? Just some thoughts. Full fixture list helps with planning our volunteers a

Then in that case there should be two books. One for contacts and one for the rules etc.

Why does a handbook need a password? What happens if the secretary is not available or match needs clarification.

New season predictions
Uncle T replied to Catdog Rovers's topic in Spartan South Midlands League Forum
That is why the SSML have 5 teams in the FA Vase 3rd Round. Just not good enough really. What league/division does your team play in?
