League restructure - A new option

As everyones moaning about restructuring and nothing will ever get sorted, why don't we just take all the crap low supported teams out of the ryman premier and keep all the best drinking on a train away games and replace them with the likewise, also we should get rid of god-awful places as well, I propose:

 

Ditch Hayes replace with Bognor

Ditch Purfleet replace with Lewes

Ditch Harrow replace with Worthing

Ditch Grays replace with Dulwich

Ditch Woooood replace with Slough

Ditch Ford replace with Hemel

Ditch Braintree replace with Wealdstone

Ditch Heybridge replace with Hertford

Ditch Enfeild (sorry MKJames) replace with Windsor & Eton

 

There we go a premier league with good drinking train (or bus in Hemel and Hertford's case) journeys, not bad places (apart from hemel) and better supported teams. A few have boys to upset as well <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

No it's quite scientific:

The fact it's a massive pissed up train trip far outways the fact it's a dump thus ensuring they stay!

trouble is you've missed the fact that you'd have to change trains for some of those trips....why not just hire the orient express for all away games and have done with it....come to think about it...the old royal express is up for sale according to Peter Foster (aka Tony Blair)...lets just buy that and we can all use it....

 

mind you...might be few scream ups about allocation...
