Next Seasons Programme

Is it true that Queensway will still be printing the programme next season!
If so, I think that is a bloody disgrace considering what their owner has done to our Club!
Any comments!

I think you'll find that Harding put more into this club in four years than you will in a lifetime Mr Hammond.
Without his support the Club would have died in January 1998 and in February 2002 (don't forget the loans he wrote off to allow Gibson to save the club).
Think about it.

Harding came to us with a plan to systematically destroy our club, since his long overdue departure he has continued to produce our programme. Rather than make an effort to justify his companys involvement next season, he has purposely produced issues with glaring errors, just to wind people up. The stats pages are a joke, no mention of either of Evo's goals or people like Steve Slade making appearances. As for the wrong opposition and dates etc, they speak for themselves.

If our board choose to continue using Queensway, it is insulting everyone that has supported the club through the recent turbulent time !!!

Quote: "Harding came to us with a plan to systematically destroy our club".
So: the Conference grading, the 16 minutes from Wembley, new floodlights, new seats in the stand, etc. This list goes on and on. I know, I helped him do it!
Destroy our club? Didn't do a very good job did he?
Where as you ... well we both know don't we!

Hmmmnn. This is an interesting thread.
For myself, I don't give a d*mn who prints the programme. Ideally an existing fan, but if not the most competitive will do fine. For me, the most important thing is the quality of the content. The Board will have it in place for next season, no doubt.
However Colin Zeal, I do recognise that there is an enormous strength of feeling against our former Chairman on the terraces which should not be casually dismissed.
As far as the level of support that Buzz is enjoying on this thread, I am intrigued at <Also watching> who "helped him" with the various ground improvements. What level of assistance was that then? Are you the one who signed the grant application forms?
Did you also help with the removal of the red tractor that Eamsie used to drive, the pitch-watering machine thing that he didn't [it's automatic], the tea-urn, the P.A. and the pumpkin?

Someone told me a few weeks ago that we would probably win the award for the best prgramme again this year but I'm afraid to say that if the printer and design of the programme changes too dramatically then we wont win it next season(not that it matters too much!).
Our programme is of good quality, although there is some stuff in it which isnt very interesting. I have also been told that we are likely to have a black and white programme next year with just a colour front cover. In my opinion, this does not relfect our club.
Think of all the times we go to places like Sutton and moan about the quality of programme they have. If we are look for money out of the programme next year then we need another top quality one. I'm sure a deal can be done.
Just a thought!

Why don't we scrap programmes and be encouraged to talk to each other !?!?!?!?!
If we get our roving microphone next season we can do all the program notes on the pitch before the game!
And if you want to know the team line up's - GO TO THE BLOODY GAMES and remember!
Lee Harding did a very goog program for the EFM v Saints Supporters game last year, are we getting one this year. It'll be nice to get some good press for a change!
And while we all slag off Harding, John Gibson thinks quite a lot of him, he did write off 100k worth of loans don't forget!!!!!!
DISCUSS!
