Spring Migrant Watch

Post for any sightings of spring migrants arrriving in the UK,i know its a bit late as some have arrived already but put any sightings and place on here.

so far i have seen reed & sedge warblers at ingrebourne valley

Swallows,house martins same site

male garganay at minsmere & belhus

wheatear at ingrebourne

chiffchaffs at ingrebourne & cranham marsh

I'd have posted this earlier, but only just found this Forum blush

 

I've been following this female Osprey that this guys been GPS Tracking on her migration back to Scotland from West Africa. She's in the vicinity of Heathrow today:-

cheers for that mate,i will follow the next couple of days until she gets back to scotland,unless she stops off somewhere on the way.

Never seen an osprey before and this is the best time of the year to see them,one of my unlucky birds,although i may venture up to rutland water soon to see the birds up there.
