The Ebbsfleet River runs down the valley from Southfleet through Northfleet to the Thames. It used to be navigable in Roman times. See:

Ebbsfleet were previously Gravesend and Northfleet, not sure why they changed though. Mickey mouse team with glory supporters, they all came to Aldershot for the FA Trophy semi final, about 6 came in the league.

 

Same when we went to their place I suppose, they were all there for the Trophy but we outnumbered them by far in the League game.
